5speed 717.400 240d complete in NC

I've posted this before and the holidays made it very difficult to meet with people. I'll be around on the 15-17th of February. If it doesn't sell ill just buy a trailer and haul it back to New Mexico. I've reduced the price to 1500 to help speed this up.

This is a 240d which was privately imported from Europe. It has a 717.400 Getrag transmission along with the complete euro manual controls and cloth interior. This is a five-speed, as in 5 forward gears!!!!
cloth interior and euro bumpers in pretty good shape, windows roll up and down, There is rust in the hood hinge pockets. Will also need a jump.

Lastly, It has a problem holding clutch pressure but will drive and shift once you get the hang of it.



This car starts, runs, and drives.

The 240d is just a helpful way to transport the 5 speed. I wouldn't drive it home, i would bring a trailer .....

The car has a clear title notarized.
