WTB: Rust-Free W124 Front Fenders near Philly - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I'm looking to buy replacements for both front fenders on my '94 E320T, preferably within driving distance of Philadelphia; can be somewhat/slightly dented or bent, but must be completely rust free.

Robert good luck searching . I have been looking for 2 years in the UK for a drivers side front wing , Lots of aftermarket wings thay are very thin , and a cave man could make a better job with a stone axe.

I think your best bet is to go down south. Shipping is your best option. W124s are few and far between with decent panels in the north. I have two fenders from an 87 w124 if I decide to part it out.

The body shop that will be doing the work tells me that original panels are still available new from the factory, but would be priced at about twice what the aftermarket panels included in the quote are, at $220-$225 each. Quite honestly, given the cost of the labor and paint work, I'm tempted to go that route and spend the extra $450 if I can't find clean used ones locally.

I just bought new fenders for my W124 from Mercedes, they were about 300 each or so. It was worth it IMO.

My body ship is giving me back my old ones, I'm not sure what shape they are in though. I know a while back I mentioned that I was getting them back and I'm pretty sure someone was interested. I'll post up pictures when I get them. However I'm predicting some rust/bentup bits.
