WTB: W124 manual trans conversion kit

using a 717.450 Getrag trans.

Need trans, flywheel (dual-mass if possible), shifter, pedals, etc.

What’s your location?

Does a w201 setup work?

I know it’s not the RIGHT flywheel I’ve got, but I know a guy that hooked this exact same setup to hi m104 3.2 from a w140 into his w201. He’s running an aftermarket fuel management system though.

I believe so. I think W210s may have come w/that type of trans (dogleg).

Well, if you are close to Philadelphia, my OD w201 5-speed (not dog leg) is available. My understanding is that my flywheel lacks the magnets that tell the m103 and m104 fuel systems the crank position.

Ya, thanks though. I need a dogleg where 5th gear is 1:1. My rear is only 2.65. Don't want the hassle of changing out the rear also.
