One injector with KCA30S46 nozzle holder
Greazzer has my injectors and one is damaged and won’t stop leaking. The numbers are clearly marked on the injector. Need a nozzle holder but will buy whole injector. Let me know. Thanks

I have a holder from a 616. Is that what you need to finish his set?

Here are pictures of your three rebuilt ones. One is leaking, which is NOT pictured. Per the various emails or PMs I sent, these are ... 5/4 nozzle holders, German made 115 BAR Stuttgart Factory coded which is identified by a "060" in an oval which is probably not visible from these pictures. A #46 nozzle holder is not the best way to go. Better to have a matched set IMO.
I need one good core. When I got home last night, which was sort of late, I screwed around with the leaker and there's no way around it. I found three yucky WVO covered 5/4s which are turbo. I can swap out the spring / internals in one BUT not sure I can clean them up. Because I am leaving again, traveling for four or five days, I won't be able to mess with these until I get back. I shot you an email around 430AM and I'm leaving in 30 or so minutes. Plenty of time to find one. |

I found the old injectors from my 616 and they are 7/4 housings (they have the short upper half)..
I don't have any extra 5/4 housings unfortunately. |
