Wanted: W111 280SE Coupe/Cabriolet Radiator, Oil Cooler, Shroud, Or Measurements

I have a theory that a W111 280SE coupe/cabriolet radiator, oil cooler, and fan shroud will fit in a W111 sedan. I know you guys all own one of these. Can someone tell me how wide the radiator opening in the body is for a W111 280SE coupe/cabriolet? The sedans are 23 1/4" wide. It appears to me that the coupes and cabriolets (excluding low grille) are the same. I'm going to be installing a turbo diesel engine and need an oil cooler, and also want it to look stock. It appears the radiator attaches to the body with three screws and a rubber pad in between, while the oil cooler attaches to the body with two screws and a pad in between.

When I looked up the parts on EPC, I get:

Radiator 111 501 00 01

Oil cooler 108 180 02 65

Fan shroud 111 505 01 55

Does this seem correct for a high grille W111 coupe/cabriolet 280SE? Let's use VIN number WDB11102512000330, for example. It's also worth mentioning that the 220 and 250 did not have engine oil coolers mounted next to the radiator, but the 300SE W112 may have. A low grille version would have a wider radiator opening, like a W108, which is 27" wide. I'm also going to be using one of those air cleaners to connect to the turbocharger and so it sucks in cold air from behind the grille.

I have the shroud off the car from my 280SE 3.5 I can measure. I believe it is the same as a 4.5. I can get it later today. Do you want a picture?

The oil cooler is attached to the radiator and they become one unit that attaches to the body with the rubber mounts on each side. I will be at my storage unit later this week if you want pics of the mounting arrangement.

Is the 280SE 3.5 a high or a low grille car? If it's a low grille, it will be too wide. If it's a high grille, I'd be interested in seeing how wide the shroud is.

I believe that both the high and low grille coupes use the same oil cooler, but the difference is the radiator and oil cooler mount to the body with two screws on each side and a rubber gasket in between, while a low grille coupe has a wider radiator opening, uses a wider radiator, and the radiator and oil cooler attach with rubber spacers on each side and a rubber O-ring on top of each side.

I have a theory that the radiator opening in a high grille W111 coupe is 23 1/4" wide, while the radiator opening in a low grille W111 coupe is 27" wide.

I'm pretty sure a 3.5 and 4.5 use the same radiator/oil cooler combination. I can check the opening when I go to my storage unit Thursday if you like. The 3.5 coupe is low grill. Sometimes you can look at cars for sale on the net and use the close ups to get details.

Okay, it will be too wide for sure, if it's a low grille. Thanks, anyway. I've been looking at lots of pictures of W111 coupes online, and what I'm seeing suggests the radiator, oil cooler, and fan shroud from a high grille coupe will fit directly into a W111 sedan, though I haven't seen any pictures clear enough to where I could read the actual part numbers. I've just been going off of what I can decipher from EPC.
