German made nozzle holders, nice matched set with Monark #314 nozzles. My service, very nice used German Monarks, ready to go. NO CORES needed back. Nozzles have plenty of life on them, at least 50K miles. They look like new and they perform nicely. Cannot say like new because they do not have brand new nozzles. Finding Monark nozzles is tough these days. Set at 2,000 PSI +/- 25 PSI. Set of six (6).

Not brand new but pretty close. Not sure how easy it is currently finding Monark German made nozzles but they were running around $30+ each last year when supplies were good. Set of 6 would be around $200 shipped. My service for a set of 6 is $119 and good JY nozzle holders are $10 each, so overall the serviced set ready to go at $265 shipped is a decent deal.

Little chilly in my garage so I will put them back together tomorrow. Re-pop them to make sure they are dialed in at 2,000PSI +/- 25 PSI.

I am interested in how you can pop your injector to 2000psi +/- 25psi? That is 1.25%. What kind of gauges you have?

The OM603 apparently has different cylinder head options and from memory there are different injector flavors. From memory I should know this but I don't recall off the top of my head. Please ensure that your injectors match the ones in this thread.

Don't see any in the link. Can you post a link to your digital pop testers? Analogue one would not give the accuracy you stipulated.
