I have a 99 E300 with the 208 gray interior color. The driver's side sun visor keeps falling down and won't stay in place. It is a plasticy vinyl feeling material, it definitely isn't covered in the soft fabric like the headliner like most cars would have.

I'm sure you can find one on Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market. I did recently for my w210. I would have plugged in your zip code and located a visor for you, but your bio is incomplete as it doesn't include your location.
