What diff ratio was this speedo attached to ?

I believe it was a 3.46 to 1 differential ratio.

The 3-4 shift mark should be just below 70 MPH for 3.46's. About 72 MPH for 3.07's which would be correct for an '83-4 US car.

I stand corrected. The shift mark is at 72 mph meaning this speedometer mates to a 3.07 ratio.
