FOR SALE: OM616 Injector Kit (another one 12/9/2018)
For Sale is the following:
Four (4) Rebuilt BOSCH Stuttgart coded "060" nozzle holders 115 BAR -- NO CORES are needed back, with GERMAN Made Bosch 240/ nozzles which are in very, very good shape. (These were replacement nozzles as the nozzle markings are laser etched vs. stamped). Rebuilt with my service -- see www.dieselfuelinjector.guru I would say these nozzles have 30 to 40K left on them before any issues. I have them set to a nominal 1,675 PSI. To reiterate, these are USED nozzles; however, they are in good shape. One (1) mod'd OFV -- entire rebuilt unit with new spring One (1) Meter of 3.2mm German made diesel fuel braided return line Four (4) German Made 10.00mm orifice heat shields 1 (one) Mercedes fuel Filter All of the above if bought seperately, and on the cheapest prices out there, is well over $300. Selling the above kit for $169 shipped CONUS. Includes Priority Mail with $200 worth of insurance; tracking; and PP fees. Everything you need to swap out your injectors in a OM616 four cylinder engine and no down time ...and improve your fuel pressure. PM if interested.

CORRECTION --
I swapped out the 240/s for #261s ! And, in lieu of that, I am swapping out the entire OFV unit for just the spring. Finally, some snappies. Close ups. Pintles are in GREAT shape. Lots lof action left. On one of the barbed ends there's a slight nick BUT that will not affect the 3.2mm braided line. I tried some on-and-off and no issues. Still just as tight as any other. It is very mild but I wanted to picture it so folks see exactly where they are getting. Total service, plug-and-play ready to go for the OM616 engine. Popped tested, nice spray pattern, et cet.
