It’s a shame I had one and threw it in the trash because of lack of interest.

I was able to order a new bumper from Ecklers for a very reasonable amount.

That’s cheaper than I’ve seen used ones going for. Thanks!

How was the fit when you installed?

And did it include the tow hook cover?

The fit was good. The only real problem was that the mounting holes that you attach the chrome trim to (those hockey-stick shaped chrome streaks on top of the bumper) didn't match up to the mounting posts on the trim. So I just drilled my own holes in the bumper, no big deal. They don't show. I also re-used the foam energy-absorbing blocks from the original bumper because they seemed more robust than the styrofoam blocks the replacement bumper came with. The tow hook cover is included. I did have to paint the bumper myself because it comes unpainted.

gatorblue92: Are ya gonna get one like Rrrockhound has?

Rrrockhound: Looking Good! I have your twin here. 1995 E320 Same colors. I'm about to dig in to replace the evaporator

I was thinking about getting one of those but they want $170 just for shipping

Ive seen some on eBay for $200 shipped. I'm willing to bet they are all made by the same aftermarket company too.

https://www.ebay.com/itm/Front-Bumper-Cover-MB-1986-1989-W124-E-Class-W124-Coupe-Sedan-Wagon-Body-Kit/182859694700?hash=item2a9349826c:g:Qy4AAOSwmMNb4d1S:rk:47:pf:0

I would prefer to get a nice used one in the same color but if I can't find one I'll likely give the eBay one a shot.

Ended up getting the eBay bumper. Its definitely a cheap Chinese made part but its still better than anything else I've come across. I'll get it painted once I collect all of the new lower cladding I'm after.

I need one as well, Eckler's (now Performance Products) is $55 shipping to me. They're in FL though so that's probably why it isn't $170 for shipping.
