Mercedes 190D/W201 Diesel Package includes; 2.5 Liter Diesel, 5 Speed Manual along with the entire rear subframe assembly with the correct differential for the 5 Speed manual. Also included is the correct driveshaft (with two newer flex joints) pedals, master cylinder and manual trans speedometer. The accuracy of the speedometer has been verified against a GPS at highway speeds. All parts are from the original donor car. There are a whole host of other new and used parts needed to convert many 80’s (to 95 )Diesel to a manual transmission or to re-power other cars, trucks or SUV’s. The other items are a complete wiper transmission, new Lemforder rear springs, new blower motor, New spare timken wheel bearings, partial cases of fuel and oil filters and tons of other items.

The parts were removed from by beloved 1986 190 Euro with 114K that was rearended by a careless driver. Recent Sachs Clutch, Pressure Plate and Throwout Bearing. The rear subframe is pristine not showing any rot or even surface rust. I have owned this car for nearly 12 years. Engine Runs great, is super quite and emits no smoke or blow by. This was my daily driver which was able to obtain 42 MPG on the highway. The car was a European purchase and had a rudementry type of EGR valve on the exhaust manifold which fed across the top of the engine into the intake by a stainless flex pipe. Mobil 1 Fully Synthetic Lubricants were used from 54K onwards; In the Engine, Transmission and Rear Differential. The power steering fluid was regularly changed as well. The Nippondenso AC compressor was operating at the time engine was pulled and should function when reinstalled. I will also include the heavy duty trailer that bonus parts are sitting on. Made from 4x8’ 3” C channel heavy duty axle with stainless steel fenders. Trailer has functioning lights and uses the standard flat terminal connector. Trailer is valued alone between $6-700. Trailer has No rust or rot with heavy duty leaf springs. The tires show signs of cracking on the sidewalls, so it is recommended that if transporting over 250 miles (15”) they be replaced. The trailer can be towed with any truck/suv with a hitch with a 2” ball. The gross weight of trailer with components is estimated at 2,200 Lbs. If it was a turbo, I'd be all over it for that price. (I still might be interested at a later date as I'll be traveling up in that area with a tow vehicle....if you're open to making a deal?)
