I'm looking for an exhaust manifold for a 1974 Mercedes Benz 450sl.

Is there a part # Is it the same as a 450se? Any one know?

I have one in a '73. It is still in the car so it would take me a couple days to get to pulling it off, but I do have one in an SL.

Do you have a part number? Emissions were just sort of starting around then so I would want to verify they did not change in 74.

the vintage 74 ones should have reactors (and no, not the same as the sedan model). Big, ugly metal cans that overheat the whole engine compartment. If that's what you have, you sure you don't want to switch the car over to a vintage 73 or 75 system?

I thought the under hood converters were on the 1975 76 cars???

The manifold looks similar to the attached photo.

I don know the part number.

I just need the bigger piece of the three.
