I have a head, with complete valve train, off of a '86 190E Cosworth. I've not stripped it down for cleaning or crack-checking yet, but the engine showed no visual signs of head or head gasket damage - fairly clean oil, all combustion chambers a consistent color. Cams don't look badly worn, either. Never ran the motor but the odo showed ~186K.
