As the title says, I'm parting out my totalled '86 300SDL (Front corner, driver's side). It's been fairly well picked over at this point with lots of parts going to lots of different people, but there's still parts left if they're useful to someone.

Things that are already gone:

- Injection pump
- Headlights
- Headlight switch
- Gauge cluster
- Exhaust
- Front brakes and calipers
- Radiator
- Condenser
- Coolant bottle
- Wiper linkage
- Fuel sender
- Blower motor & transistor pack
- Hvac pushbutton unit
- Steering wheel, airbag, and steering lock
- Combination switch (turn signal)
- Center console wood
- Power antenna
- Trunk carpeting
- Cruise control actuator & amplifier

At this point I'm more interested in seeing if anything left is useful to anyone else before it's scrapped, offer a pittance and pay shipping.

It's a lot easier if you PM me with a list of what you need and I can reply back with what's still available or what's already taken or claimed by someone else.

The car is going for scrap Friday, September 27th, any inquiries after that date will be ignored since the car will be gone! If you want parts, I need payment prior to the car being towed away, anything unpaid for will be left in the car and add to my scrap weight!

This engine had the old style vertical injection. The injectors are already gone. You'll probably have to buy a reman injector to get a replacement, I couldn't find a used one earlier this summer for my 350SD. They are not a common item to find since they don't seem to have been used by Audi/VW like the older style were.

Does this car have working sunroof internals? I.e the lifting arms sliders and such. My left lifting arm is broken but I'd probably be interested in buying all of the sliding and lifting internals from both sides if the price is right. If you've got this stuff what would you ask for it shipped to 29690?

The sunroof on this car worked fine. The mechanism needs new felt slides but all of the functions worked fine. The springs are broken on the wind deflector but that was the only fault it had other than the lack of felt slides (which I never got around to R&Ring). I'm looking for an engine wiring harness, is yours in good shape and will it work on an 87 300tdt wagon

Given the difference in chassis, I'd doubt it would be even close to a match. The harness is in relatively poor condition anyway, not really worth pulling and shipping.
