I've been trying to rehome this for years. This is one used Mercedes-Benz headrest cover. It is black vinyl. It should fit the W126 chassis and late model R/W107 and W123--and possibly W124. Look at the pictures to determine fitment. It stretches over the foam and then tucks closed at the bottom.
