W124 Estate towbar
Hi guys,
I am looking for the factory Oris E240/1 towbar for a W124 estate (S124). Anyone got one in good condition for sale (little/no rust), with reinforcement bars, wiring, etc? Thanks! Shipping would be to Los Angeles 90016, or I can do pickup in Socal.

Why not just use the Curt unless you're trying to keep everything OE?
It uses the same mounting points, and bolts up tucked under perfectly clean (and takes 30-45m to install depending on your skill level).

Towbar
I want to keep everything OEM.
Plus the Oris towbars are rated to around 2000 kg and the ball hitch is removable for a totally invisible look when not towing. Curt hitches are only Class I. Thanks for the tip tho! Quote:

Understood.
FYI Curt can pull a lot more than Class I, but they have to classify it as such in the US.
