I call these (my term or description only) 2nd generation because they are NOT stamped like the original nozzles from back in the day. Rather, these are laser etched.

These are GERMAN made, the last of the real German made Bosch nozzles.

240/ ("/" generally means turbo applications) but you can use for NA or turbo for the OM616 and OM617 family of engines

Here are some pictures. They range from looking just about new to some discoloration / mild pitting, with color ranging from looking about new to darkened metal. The color or appearances have nothing to do with performance.

I have 4 sets of these. I am not breaking up the sets. If you have a OM616, then you will end up with an extra. Also, I tried my best to have a mix of the ones which look about new to the ones with pitting, et cet so I am not going to pick and chose (again) the sets. Rather, the sets are an "average" ranging from looking about new to pitting, et cet. This was the fairest I could figure out.

I gathered these over the years doing injectors. It takes 100's of injectors to come up with a few which are good. No rhyme or reason why some were in great shape while the vast majority are toast.
