In case anyone cares, there is a freshly arrived 1997 E300 om606 NA at my local Pick-n-Pull (Lynnwood, WA). Looked in overall pretty nice shape, not obvious why it ended up there. I took the shifter unit for my project car, and looks like someone took some minor interior parts, but the rest was intact as of this afternoon.
