I don’t supposed you grabbed the drive shaft, did you? I’ve got a nice 300se and a 5-speed 300sel and was considering the possibility of swapping the manual trans to the 300se. My 5-speed shifter is a little sloppy in the 300sel, so that part of yours interests me a bit, but I was planning on trying the 5-speed shifter I’ve got from a 190e first. The drive shaft from that 300se is a part that certainly would interest me if it’s still around. The trans and flywheel would be the most desirable though.

Hi, I have a 5 speed manual Driveshaft from a W126, 280SE, that may fit. The fwd section is 31 1/4" from the rear Nut to the fwd face of the Rubber Flange Mount. Rear section is 38 3/4" from rear side of Rubber Flange to center of Center Support Bearing. I only have a 717.402 5 speed manual from a 280SE with starter on RHS. I have a flywheel that came with this Trans, but all these parts will be sold together
