i got offer with 2 exact the same private message from 2 different users. both are registered 09.11.2020....is this serious?

Look up how long they've been a member and how many posts they've made. As scam often involves a reply by someone who doesn't have the part but knows someone off site with an anonymous email address of a non-member who "has the part" but can only take cash type/unrecoverable payments.
