FS: set of 6" "alloy" wheels

Full set of 5 "alloy" steelie look-alike wheels. Includes a full set of lug bolts and partial set of the matched hubcap clips. Checked with an indicator and only damage is small blemishes in the beads, no large dents or runout in the rims. $600 for everything, will ship on your dime. PM for pics, they're too high-res to upload here.

Or

His subject line says 6". If it is 5.5" then it's nothing special IMO.

I missed the “ symbol the first time around.

Yes they're the 6" ones with the solid circle of silver paint. Happy to send pictures via email to anyone interested, the ones on my phone are just too high resolution to upload here and I don't do Photobucket.

Offset is 30mm, same as the corresponding steel wheels. Weight is 11 pounds each, compared to 13 pounds for Bundt wheel, 23 pounds for a steel wheel. Savings is in unsprung weight and it's SUPER! What car are you thinking about putting these on? Just curious, not my listing but I know a LOT about these wheels. I've sold probably more than anyone on the forums... Same lug bolts as for steel wheels NOT Bundt wheels.

I want these for my 1984 190E

is it correct to assume the hubcaps are compatible??

Jeff

I would NOT assume that these would work. I don't _know_ that they won't but I certainly would not assume. And I doubt very much that your existing wheel covers are compatible.

cr:

As the Scootster has noted, there would be some question about the wheel covers,
AND
the difference in offset (ET) will cause the alloys to sit between 9/16" & 3/4" farther out than the steel wheels.

Point taken.

The bolt pattern is 5x112 I don't see an issue with the more aggressive offset...I may even run spacers.

I would need to get the correct period 14" wheel covers...I see them on Ebay.
