Injector Services & used nozzles

I closed down my website- www.dieselfuelinjector.guru

However, I have been doing (still) forum members’ injectors

I canceled my deals with the “real” injector shops, which were the bulk of my work. Right now only doing around one or two sets per week which is super manageable

Since I am still doing injectors here and there, I might as well go “public” again, although I am only doing them for forum members and by advance ‘heads-up’ only. That is, I need to know in advance when they are being shipped versus just getting them in the mail.

I really prefer to not do OM606 injectors I have no idea of any reputable shops or Indy’s who do injectors anywhere near the level of service I provide at my pricing. Not to be a bragging but I’ve been doing injectors forever

Otherwise, OM616, 617, 603 injectors (and similar type mechanical injectors) are fine

Send PM for info.

This should save VSTECH and others the headaches of pinging me or being stuck passing messages. Many thanks

USED nozzles- I have a large tub of usable nozzles which will have around or at least 20k miles on the clock. Depending on their condition or make, German Bosch or Monark, et pricing will vary but I am selling them super cheap. I can’t bring myself to recycle them. This is my collection of around a decade’s worth of rebuilding injectors

I still have around six or so lift pump mod’d springs / rebuild kits so will do lift pump rebuilds until supply exhausted

Around 15 OFV springs remaining

Around five OM606 OFVs remaining

I will post some pictures of my reorganization efforts in my garage. I am a reformed hoarder but I have made excellent progress towards downsizing and organizing

Great to see you back and offering service! I've had you do three sets of injectors for me over the last 10 years and the quality, workmanship, and pricing cannot be beat!!

Welcome back!

Glenn

Hey Mark, good to see you back at it.

I see MS has started branding their own (supposedly they're Monark), DTP is still making some, and of course Bosch India. I've ordered a few sets of the MS nozzles and had two fail and bind up within the first hundred miles. What are your current favorite nozzles?

I would say German Bosch (2nd Gen) which are going to be always used unless you can find NOS

Monarks are now being made outside of Germany but still branded made in Germany because of some packaging rules which elude my comprehension I would try to get older stock made in Germany

Italian made Bosio or Friad are a fine nozzle

What is the advantage to these new OFV, especially for 606? Too bad you do not do 606 injectors.

Have you tried DTP? They're still made in Germany. Some guys on the VW forums suggested them. I just got a set in and plan to install them this weekend.
