Might part out: 1991 350SDL Hail Damage SOLD!!!!
Vehicle is now SOLD.
I have it posted in the For Sale Car section as well, as I would rather someone buy it whole and drive it dented, than ripping her apart. Story: When my dad bought a new house, we had it not parked in a garage for 2 days. the night of the closing on March 16th, at 2am we were hit with a nice hail storm that had baseball sized hail. The result can be seen in the picture. Car drives amazing. The engine, transmission, and interior are great, can be test driven with no issues. Customer needed this car so we were able to save it! Great to see this forum still has some value for us long time contributors (and others too hopefully). Dan was great to work with and the whole thing took about 15 minutes to conclude the terms. Arrived on Tuesday and is now covered with a foot of snow!

What was really cool is that when going through the paperwork from previous owner, we found out that this was a Euro ordered model. The guy flew with his wife to Stuttgart, and then vacationed with the SDL. Then he flew home, and the SDL arrived via boat. This explains the Euro interior. So awesome that this will be saved, as the story behind this is great.
