1994 C180 W202 driver door panel
 

Been looking for this for yonks. My colour is mushroom and had the ankle go through the panel inner filling so there is a "hole" or depression between the wood panel and the armrest. If possible, how can I fix this without changing the whole panel? Can I take it off and just press it out? Can it take heat to soften the foam backing? I will have to take it out to see the damage from previous owner.
