Cheap and Good would be nice.

I am sick of the FOAM one I have.

you want the older style whel, not the 92+ wheel?

If so, check up on ebay I have seen several.

I'll take any leather wheel for now. My Foam is crumbling! I wan't spend as little as possible and upgrade later when I redo the interior. Unless someones got a good deal?
