Hi Frank. No I am no longer making this harness.
It will work on all 124's it did not come off my 500E though it came of my friends 300CE. It needs paint. Thats it. later Guido

Could the exhaust be modified to fit a 190e 2.3 16v? Or will it not provide enough backpressure?

It should work fine .For a 16V. Pretty much all MB exhaust mufflers are set up in the same configuration.
Your in LA that works.

I had it f/s on here for a few weeks. I was trying to sell it for my friend. so I just gave it back to him. I think he still has it.
