Possible W126 AMG (or similar) Body Stuff For Sale

I am considering the purchase of a 1985 380SE, for use for parts (driveline) for the 380SEL I have now.
I have not checked to see if a 380SE is more desirable than a SEL, but my current car is nicer overall,
and is stock so I think I'd part out the modified one.

I'd like to know if there is any interest in this stuff (from what little info I have now), and that will
help make my buying decision. I'd like an idea what this stuff would be worth, and especially if
anyone has interest in it, or anything else from this car.

AMG (?) truck lid spoiler, painted black
AMG (?) rocker body panels, black (this is a SE 4 door, not a SEC 2 door).
Euro type headlight setup, L and R
Front bumper
Rear bumper
Front fenders?

Id buy the AMG w126 sway bar, and front bumper spoiler, if they are in good shape, also interested in the euro lights.

I honestly don't know if it is a Euro or US bumper. All I know is that it has this body kit that I think could be
AMG, but maybe not.. and the car has euro headlights. Oh wait, if the car's front license plate is the
standard USA type, so I guess that answers that.

As for prices... you tell me? My purpose of posting this was to #1) learn if there was an interest for anything
on this car, AND see what others would be willing to pay for such items, or what they think they are worth.

I have not purchased the car. I am considering it, but as I will have a car to get rid of after I have pulled any
parts I or anyone wants, I want to know if it will be worth the hassle for me.

does it have a single roller timing chain or double.

I dont really like the 380 engine, I like the 500 best. You should post pictures of the car you are thinking of buying

It's an 85 so it's a double, but it needs at least a tensioner immediately. There is also the intake tube leaks that those engines get. The good side is the car runs, has new near axle bearings, boots, aftermarket wheel that I can sell.. the above mentioned stuff, and it is dirt cheap. Just a rebuildable head with cam for my engine is $200 at the cheapest salvage, so I am considering this car. It's cheap enough that I can't really go back for pics. It's buy it or don't.

Oh I know. The thing is, this car is on an expired temp registration sticker, and so is my SEL so what to do with it? Both would get towed on the street, and there isn't any more room around here. I didn't think it would happen, but if there was a ton of interest in parts, I would say I'll chance it and just strip the thing right away and if it got towed, oh well. The car was a lein sale because it was abandoned before. *shrug*

Drop the car on blocks, see if they tow it then. If you live in a homeowners association you might get a fine/fee.

Thats why I dont live in san diego anymore, too much BS.

Followup: I ended up not buying the car.... not enough interest in parts from the car, and the engine was not strong enough to use as is.

A few days ago I found a 85' 380SEL Euro (importer changed headlights to U.S. specs, sorry) in a pull your own parts yard and bought the heads from it instead. Of course once I got the heads off I see I probably should have just bought the engine and used it complete, but the odometer was gone and I didn't know the condition until I opened it up. Oh well.
