I have the under-engine acoustic panels for a 1992 300D 2.5 Turbodiesel. Front panel probably original, very dirty; rear panel, only about one year old, pretty clean. $100 for rear, front for free if wanted. (Nuts and bolts may not be complete set). Shipping extra--These pieces are big, and I do not know shipping cost, but it may be significant (now in Dedham, MA).
