15 inch winter tires and mags for sale - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I am selling 4 mint mag wheels with brand new bf goodrich winter tires size 205 70 15.The mags have 8 semi half circles around the edge of the wheel and have no marks or scratches on them.I'm asking $800 canadian for the wheels and tires.Anyone interested?

Tell me a little more about them. What is the offset? Do you have any pictures? Do you know if they will fit a 1989 420 SEL?

I'll get you more info on them in the next few days hopefully with some pictures.I originally was going to use them on my 1987 420 sel but recently sold the vehicle.I believe they will fit your car.

By the way,the mags are original mercedes and came frome a 98 c class 230 series or so I believe.I'll go to my dealer and get you the exact model that they are in the next couple of days.

According to my owners manual, my wheels are: 6.5 J x 15 H2 21.5 mm (0.8 inch) offset and the recommended tire size 205/65R 94 T M+S.

Canadian Tire has their snow tires on sale this week. I'm going to a wreckers tomorrow to see if they have some decent rims. I really don't want to pay a lot of money for snow tires since I'll only use them for about 3 months.

I'm still interested in your wheels. I'm thinking I could even drive up to Montreal and pick them up, and maybe checkout some local entertainment at the same time. Maybe you could email me, my email is modem11@hotmail.com, and let me know your recommendations for entertainment?

They look very nice. Can you tell me the load and speed rating of the tires? (the numbers and letters after 205/70R15). Do you have the nuts? What's the offset? There should be some letters and numbers on the inside of the rim.

Hi Joe,I've e mailed you.Don't know if you received messages,but I'll reply to you here.The tires are 205 70 15 950 m+s bf goodrich slalom and they are brand new.I have eveything that goes with the wheels to mount them(bolts..etc).Looked inside the rim and they say made in germany.They are original mercedes wheels but it's hard to see markings inside exactly.It's something .5 x 15.They are immaculate and I believe will fit your car.My e mail is charleswallacecw@aol.com

I asked Rusty, the parts guy from mbz.org, if the wheels will fit my 1989 420 SEL, and the answer is 'no'. So I'm going to to pass on them.

Too bad,my source says that they would have fit my 420 sel 1987 before I sold it and it's the same vehicle as your 1989.I've actually seen these wheels on the 126's as an aftermarket addition.Chunky
