Looking to buy a 617.95# 1985 camshaft. It has to be 1985.

Will an earlier 300SD camshaft work 1982?
Will an earlier 300SD camshaft work 1982? I still have two parts engines in my garage. one with low compression in a cylinder and the other was started with eyther. (melted down the dome of piston #5). Drop me an email if you feel you can use an earlier camshaft.

No, it has to be a 1985 camshaft. I have a lead on one.
