Springs and pads will settle in, usually a week or so, but how much of a drop were you expecting from Sportline springs? Aren't they less than an inch shorter than OEM W124 coils? Eibach or H&R would have lowered more.

off road 300e
Hi, The front sportline springs looked like they were about 1 inches shorter than the stock springs and the rears looked about 1/2 shorter than stock. I did not want a major drop but I was hoping for a slight rake in the front with a 3/4 or so drop. It looks like it is higher in the front then before.

Here's the front drop I got with Eibachs. I haven't changed out the rears yet, so it does have a rump up look. New number 2 pads in front and original number 3 in back.

Nose Up
It looks good. The before shot looks nose up maybe I will need to go to 3 bump from 2 in the back to get my front rake. Your car looks a lot like a lot of cars in germany do they seem to like a major rake there. with a bunch of neg camber in front

M-B specifies a certain amount of rake ( aerodynamics ) & a little negative camber, for straight-line stability.
I prefer to have my car sitting level with 3-4 people in it, which is usually the result of having the proper rake when empty.

I seem to now have positive front camber. The old spring pads were also 1 bump front and 2 bump rear but were very compressed in places. I wonder if adjusting the front to -1 camber, if possible will drop the height

Why not let it settle for a few days & then get a proper alignment done ?

I thought I would give it a week to come to its senses and settle. So I will try to give the suspension a good work out this week and give it a proper alignment with a spreader bar next week
