Hi, I have a motor as stated above. As I recall it is a 1958. The fellow that I got it from stated that it was used by Waukeshaw Engines to test against thier own. He also said that it had around 50 hours running time on it. It looks like it is as he said it was. It's on a stand and is complete with starter, fuel injection etc. Inside the valve cover and in the precombustion chamber are like new. The glow plugs are like new, however, one of the plugs has had its' element cut. I can only guess that they may have been running it as a three cylinder. The motor turns free. I have not tryed to start it. If I were to use it, I'd want to pull it apart and check it out, just to make sure nothing is gummed up.
I'n asking $350.00 or best offer. I don't know what the demand for these motors is. I can imagine that they outlast the bodies for cars in the rust belt.
I am in SE WI. Shipping will be the purchasers responsability. I will help out as much as I can.
