Yes, real thing...for the M119 motor (not for/from 6.0 litre AMG E60) Looks like the regular M119 airbox except for AMG embossed logo on top.

Jim- are you saying this doesn't have a larger volume than the stock 5.0L airboxes, but has the proper AMG logos?

I'm not sure if it flows more air; it looks exactly like our 500Es regular airbox except for the one AMG logo below the Star on the top; its moulded raised relief plastic like the MB and star logos...not just a emblem stuck on there.

I shot the part number to a partsfriend in Germany to see if its different. I definetely know its not the E60 airbox; which doesn't fit our M119s as we know.

I bought it for an SL500 we were going to buy but we are looking for an SL320 now and won't need it.
