TWM Wheel KBA43665 - Need Help

I have two different model of wheels on my 1995 E420 and I cannot rotate tires due to lug bolts knocking on rotor back plate (on thinner wheel). The wheels are an 8 scalloped hole design in silver (not chrome). The correct wheel for the car has "TWM" on the back and "KBA 43665" on the front in a scallop hole opposite the valve stem. On the Internet, it looks like "TWM" might be a wheel provider in Italy.

Can anyone tell me the manufacturer for this wheel and what the KBA number means...a model number? Can I still get this wheel anywhere?

The wrong wheel on the car has "KBA 42446" in the same scallop hole that where the valve stem protrudes, and the wheel has "Italy" on the back side. Thanks.
