What's up...

I'm wondering if 300D rims will go on a 240D.... The only difference that I can tell is the wheel width which is 6 on the 240D and 6.5 on the 300D.

Here are the wheel sizes for the both:
300D --- 6 1/2 J x 14
240D --- 6 J x 14

What do you guys think ?

Yes they will.

Most times when dealing with Mercedes rims you will be concerned with the offset (the ET value). However, I believe every W123 wheel will interchange without problems.

Just keep in ming that the alloy bundt cake style alloys (the common ones) require long lug bolts and steel rims require short lug bolts.
