Are these OEM rims?

And if they are, will they fit my 300E?

I called the guy who advertised these...he is selling them for a friend and believes they are the original 16" rims that were on a 2002 240C (he wasn't sure of the rim size or the model of MB!). Has anyone tried putting these on an old 300E?

The look like they're 2002 or so - they can be installed on a 1987, but you'll need new lug bolts that are 14mm. I don't know the part numbers for those bolts, nor do I know the size of the seats - perhaps a search will reveal the answer to you.

These are the basic stock 16" wheels found on the C240 and C320 starting in 2001. Tire size 205/55/16 and as long as you use the lug bolts that came with the wheels (same as stock lugs bolts for a 124, 12mm not 14mm), these will fit no problem. I've had them on many 124's and currently have my snow tires on these wheels.

MB wheels are held on with bolts rather than lug nuts on studs? Couldn't find any lug bolts online here except those that are already on my standard 12 slot rims...maybe one of those bling bling rim stores sells them. I'll find some tomorrow...

The guy selling these is asking $250 for the set of 4 rims with Michelins...not bad I'd say!

I have a set of these on my 1994 E420 and the work great.

Regarding your OE question, I can't imagine anyone reproducing these basic wheels. But to be sure if they're genuine, the seller should be able to find the MB star logo and a 10-digit MB part number on the back of the wheel.

I might have to pass on these rims and tires...as much as I'd like them, this is just not a good time to be spending this kind of money. So anyway, i found them on Craigs List in the Hampton Roads section - here is the contact information:

Call Joe 757 696 0620

Location: Newport News

Hope someone on here gets them!
