Hi. I want to buy the 98-99 polished aluminum clk wheels for my 88 300E. Does anyone have pictures of a 124 with those wheels?

This dude has the staggered CLK 430 setup on his W124. It looks sweet. Don't know how it fits (in the rear)though.

The wheels of the european C classes (ET 35-37) fit the european W124's, but we have the models with the little engines and low performance breaks. My 300CE-24 has a different ET size (44 or something like that) and therefore the C class wheels will not fit that W124.
I think that the average US W124 has a big engine and a brake system that suits the engine...
The wheels on the picture of JCE are the same as on the older SLK200 models...These rims have an ET size of 35 as well...

It depends on the engine in your W124 (and therefore the brakes) whether these rims will fit your car or not.

What kind of modifications did you do to get the wipers to work with the euro lights?

I just put a set of CLK wheels on my 300cd. I think it looks great. I really like the wheels. When I need to, I'll put a bigger tire in the back. Car needs to be lowered a bit also. I'll post pictures as soon as I can. andy

Hi, I am using 95 E320 wiper motors ( someone on this site suggested them ) They move in the opposite direction and their shafts are shorter. I also have the longer E320 headlight wipers, but not painted. I will put them on next time I need paint work done.
