Hey all, I'm in need of a new set of tires on my '83 300D and have been seriously looking at the Yokohama Avid H4s. Anyone had any experience with these? I'd go for the trusted Michelin Energy MXV4s, but I've been dumping so much money into my other cars (namely the 6.9) that $400 for a set of tires is out of the question right now. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The Avid H4's were originally recommended for my 108, but since they didn't come in 215's I opted for the Avid Touring WW. While I can't comment on the H4's I an on the Touring.
After a little over 100 miles, I'm pleased. Very quiet rolling tires, smooth too but only S rated. At $43 a pop, they were a great buy.
