What a leaf blower won't work as a supercharger?

Here is what one of them posted started off with me having to point out simple multiplication error which doubled their computed air volumn needs.... and the fact that they were going to use carbs... which they did not understand were based on flow and pressures which would be upset by simply putting more pressure on top of the carb..and that interior carb pressures between cavities would be totally messed up... they also just could not fathom the amount of air it would take to maintain pressure on one end of this equation while the engine was sucking air out the other.
If you read that last sentence it appears that years later the guy still thinks what he was lacking was money and compared to practical physics knowledge....

"Hey Caleb,
We were tossing around the idea of homemade superchargers in the summer of 01. Talk about ridicule. LeathermanG and I would have come to blows if not for being seperated by half a continent. I believe the phrase he used to describe us was "wide eyed children". Yup,,,thats me in a nutshell I can dream the impossible dream,,,just need more cash and time to get it built."--ByTheSea

You should have told him to get an old shop vac and a really long extension cord. he could even buy one of those 110v generators from Harbor freight to power it.
