124 48ET Versus 124 49ET

Will the 1988-300E(124) Rim or 1990-300E(124) Rim... Both with 6.5X15 with a 49ET work with no problems on a 1992-300CE that uses a 6.5X15 with a 48ET.... Jim

124 Rims

I just sold and shipped 4-49mm rims to a buyer in Ohio and they said they took the rims to a tire store and had the cars(1992-300CE-124) 48mm rims removed and the tires put on the 1990-300E 49mm rims. After installation the front rims would turn and the back rims would not turn and were rubbing...
Something is wrong??????????? They checked the spare and it was a 6.5X15H2 ET48 and I had shipped them 4-6.5X15H2 ET49 Any ideas????? Can the weights used for balancing be rubbing?? Jim
