i'm a newbie when it comes to benz ......my question is - will an S-Series (i.e. 500) wheels fit my stock 190E ??? if so what tire size should i buy with it ??? can anyone explain what wheels and tires should fit on a 190e

A 17x7.5 would be the largest wheel you should even think about putting on a 190E. A 17x8 or 18x8 will work, but your looking at modding the fender lip and possibly the lip of the front bumper. Also keep in mind that when turning sharp, the tires will rub the inner fender well.

Not sure what diamater wheels the S500 uses, but the offset may not be correct for the 190. You want to stay with a 35 mm offset to be safe.
