Alignment & Balance problems

I still need help with information on properly aligning my 2000 E430 Sport. It has been lowered with Eibach springs and I installed 18" SSR 5-spoke wheels. The dealer cannot get the alignment heads to attach to the wheels so they cannot align it.

The dealer also stated that they couldn't balance my wheels without damaging them. Lame.

Hit Hunter Alignment's website, did some research, contacted some reps-no good information from them. They did say that they had equipment that could do it and that my dealer (Mercedes-Benz of Nashville) had not updated their machines. Trying to get them to recommend local shops that are capable.

I am beginning to get a bit of wear on the insides from the negative camber. Is the camber adjustable on the front of this car? How about the back?

What type of equipment do I look for that can align my car?

Luke-left you some email a while back. Haven't heard from you-how can I balance the wheels and align the car? What equipment do you guys use?

Any help from anybody is much appreciated. THANKS!
