rolled fenders?
what exactly is done when you "roll" your fenders... I know it's to give more tire clearance, but what is used to do it? Also how much does it cost?

The fenders are pushed out a little to provide clearance for wide tires. There is a device used to do it. The old fashion way was to use a baseball bat.
