wheel confusion

I bought my car with 15" bottlecaps, tire size 185/65.

A while ago I bought a set of snowtires mounted on 14" bundts from a girl with a w123 wagon, size 195/65.

My wheels came with a motley crew of lug bolts, different lengths and styles. I remembered reading that bundts used longer bolts, so I didn't expect to have a problem if the current lugs were working with the bottlecaps. WRONG. Lugs on the rear wheels were too long, and I probably messed up my emergency breaks. I'm buried in snow and haven't found out what kind of damage I did.

So, from what car did my bottle caps come off of, and what spec lug should I have for these two sets?

The correct BUNT lug bolts are MB# 1084010070

Fastlane: Lug Bolt

What you call bottle cap lug bolts are MB# 1264000070, superseded to MB# 1244000770, superseded to MB#0009901007

Fastlane: Lug Bolt

thank you whunter.

The links however, don't give the specs.

It has 2.5in listed for the "bottlecaps", but what about the bundts?

Also, whats the worse damage I could have done tightening the longer bolts on with the bundt wheels?

The bolts for the bundts are much shorter = so they don't go into the parking brake and do damage.

Funny how that Mercedes Logo on the trunk just melts the snow off of it.
