Rims.

ADSIT has rims for my 560SL at $124. Has anyone purchased these. I had bad luck with ADSIT are they any better?

I remember horror stories from a few years back with them. I have never purchased from them so I have no idea if they are any better or not.

Tom, recommend buying genuine MB wheels from a MB dealer. Shop around for the best price, including shipping costs.

These guys have had some issues in the past according to reviews an chat rooms. However I have used them in the past and recently with no issues. I do know that they have been under new management since mid 2013. I have noticed a huge difference! I have two rebuilt transmission, an engine and two set of Adsit Company Wheels, along with a ton of other parts. It has not been flawless, but they back their product and their new service approach makes it an easy choice. Call Adsit Company first if they can't help you... Well good luck.

^ I don't know anything about ADSIT, but I do know a shill when I see one. If this is the way the company you represent does business, with deceptive, underhanded advertising practices not-particularly-well-masked as "helpful" advice, then I thank you, because now I have one fewer company to look at when considering who to do business with.

All of his posts are within a few days and are regarding adsitco's failings.

Craigslist

Was curious if you did any looking on Craigslist or possibly stopped in some "yards" to look for some wheels? I think it's often surprising what you'll find on C-list especially.

I have bot small exterior & interior body parts from Adsitco without any issues....<$100 purchases.

I do know Adsitco is next to me in Indiana & gotta think shipping a set of wheels to Maryland might get pricey. Let us know what you decide.

I bought a set of their rims last year for my R350, using them as winter rims. No issues with shipping or service. Although they didn't send me a hat with the order

The only issue I had a few times with ADSIT rims is that they threw the lug nuts in a bag in each box and they dinged up the rim faces during shipping. This happened on 2 separate sets of rims for a W201...why couldn't the boob on their end just tape the bag to the inside of each rim? Especially after the first set was sent back because of it.

But they took them all back and sent fresh ones on their dime. I was impressed with that.
