Sorry to rain on your parade but the P600's (and their big brother P6000's) just plain suck in my experience. You are the first person I've ever heard of that like them. Most people like the Michelin Energy MXV4 Plus for pure touring, the XGT V/Z4 for all season, and S02/Pilot Sport for pure handling. There are various pricepoint tires below that but virtually all of them are better than the P600/P6K's.

Hope this helps...Lee

The Pirellis have quite good handling but they don't last for long. I would recommend the Michelins...

Hope this helps Lee

No offense intended, but P600s/P6000s are garbage. They were on my 500E when I took delivery; those tires would spin at 100MPH on a downshift!! NO traction, either from an accelerative or a directional standpoint. And LOUD, like a tractor tire. I pulled them off with half their tread left and mounted Toyo Proxes tires on the OE rims...what an improvement!!!

I was so impressed by those Toyos that I put the same model (FZ4) on my wagon in 225/50-16. I've owned 3 other models of Toyo and every one was exceptional for its intended use. Best kept secret in tires, IMO.

When I burn up my 17" Michelins, Toyo T1s are going on, no question.

Best regards, Michael
