paint code for monoblocks?

The wheels on my C36 were refinished before I bought them. They looked good for 2 years and now the clear coat is peeling on one. I'll probably get the fronts redone soon. Anyone know the paint code for certain?

Adding to the research, the refinisher may or may have not used the factory color. Using a color gun might be the best route.

What color is the car? Have you considered painting the centers body color with sanded or polished lips?

My SL has 18" thick spoke monoblocks that I finished in Smoke Silver with scotch brite sanded lips. I found the factory silver-gray / polished lips to be too jarring for the car.

The clear on the sanded lips started to peal almost instantly and I'll probably flake off what is left and lightly scotch brite the surface.

My car is silver. I do not want to do any color but silver on the wheels anyway since its clean and stock otherwise.

The last place may not have used the original color but assuming they did I'd like to just redo the fronts. If it looks wrong we will know.

I think they are the same paintcode for the silver cars of that era. 744 brilliant silver.

I'd believe this. Thanks.
