Seeking "ONE" Michelin Pilot Super Sport 225/45R17 94Z XL

Had a run in with a road hazard that damaged a tire. The Pilot Super Sport has been updated and I'd really rather not replace all 4 tires as these only have about 1,500 miles on them.
