Swapping wheels with a 300E

Will an early 90s 300E set of wheels fit my car without modification? I am due up for new tires soon, so when I get these wheels I will retire them. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If you are talking about the 15" 15-hole wheels, then the answer is maybe. I know they don't fit a '85 300D due to backspacing. I would ask Luke on the Tires and Wheels forum. Good luck.
