2014 CLS550 C218 Winter wheels?

I recently got a '14 CLS. It is running staggered 18's with 34.5 ET on 8.5 wheel for front and 48 ET on 9.5 rears.

I want to run 225/ 45 18's all around for the winter tire but it's not so easy to find 34.5 ET wheels. I prefer factory wheels so I'm looking for used.

The E-class uses ET 48's on front and rear in 18's and I was wondering what might be the reason for the different offset on the CLS?

Does anyone have a recommendation on offset range I can run on this car with all four being the same?

Thank you!
